In this energetic role, you'll provide expert technical support, diagnose and repair a wide range of consumer electronics and computer hardware, and drive sales by offering tailored solutions to our valued customers in a brick and mortar retail store. Your technical proficiency across multiple operating systems and devices will ensure seamless troubleshooting and maintenance, helping customers get back to what matters most. Duties Assist customers in selecting and purchasing consumer electronics and accessories, providing knowledgeable sales support. Conduct hardware maintenance tasks such as replacing parts, and performing electrical repairs on consumer electronics and mobile devices. Support field service operations by diagnosing issues and delivering technical troubleshooting support. Utilize analysis skills to identify root causes of device malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions efficiently. Maintain detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, and customer interactions to ensure quality control and continuous improvement. Ensure tidiness around the workspace, customer show floor, and product. Skills Proficiency with multiple operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, Windows. Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Familiarity with hardware diagnostics, equipment repair, and schematics interpretation. Electrical soldering is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools for electronic repairs and performing detailed analysis to resolve technical issues swiftly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices, consumer electronics, and game console problems effectively.
