Job Description

Position Summary The Project Analyst provides client support, implementation assistance, and application expertise for PCS solutions. This role works with clients to resolve issues, support implementations, and assist with testing, documentation, and training while identifying client needs and recommending appropriate PCS or third-party solutions. The Analyst collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support ongoing product development and improvement. Essential Functions and Duties 1. Provide client support via phone, email, and online tools to resolve application issues and assist users with PCS Business Services applications. 2. Identify client needs during support interactions and communicate potential opportunities for additional PCS products or services. 3. Participate in the implementation of Business Services applications at client sites or remotely, as directed. 4. Assist with software development activities such as testing, documenting functionality, and validating system performance. 5. Develop working knowledge of PCS Business Services applications to effectively support clients and assist with basic training. 6. Document support activities, solutions, and client interactions according to company procedures. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and support successful client outcomes. 8. Participate in internal meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing activities to maintain and expand product expertise. Education and Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, theories, and concepts preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet browsers
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of the utility industry is helpful
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50% as required
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
