  • First Shift Job Summary Are you the type of person who enjoys working with people and troubleshooting problems?
In this role you will be responsible for working with Vermeer employees globally on computer use. We're looking for an individual who can demonstrate the ability to solve problems while prioritizing issues. What You'll Do 1. Provide customer service to customers and team members in a timely manner through multiple forms of communication including phone, email, instant messaging, in person, and ticket requests. 2. Create and escalate request tickets to document issues and resolutions. 3. Demonstrate problem-solving skills through troubleshooting, diagnostics, research, and documentation. 4. Work jointly with team members to prepare hardware for deployment by installing the appropriate hardware, software and peripherals for both PCs and Macs. What We're Looking For
  • Associates Degree in Information Technology related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Detailed knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of Mac and Linux Operating Systems desired.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware systems & components.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to monitor network lines and create patch cables. Travel
  • Occasional travel is expected of this position.
