Job Description
Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for: IT Technician - Help Desk Support 1-Full-Time Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of: Associates Degree in Information Technology, MIS or related field. Bachelor's preferred. Programming skills and/or previous work in Microsoft Access. Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in computer trouble-shooting and problem-solving required. Previous experience with a variety of computer applications required. Knowledge and experience with Windows server, Windows XP/7/10 Professional, Exchange Server. Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position: Develop, implement, design and set-up computer programs, applications, systems, databases and forms. Maintain, support and trouble-shoot key software systems. Maintain, trouble-shoot, and secure computer equipment and printers. Monitor and maintain security system and assign security keys. Assign applicable resources to staff (email, long distance code, computer log-on, etc.). Maintain configuration of all clinic-wide operating systems. Anticipate and troubleshoot problems and system failures with all networks and web services. Coordinate and monitor IS technical systems and repairs. These functions are not all inclusive.
