Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure proper working order of technical equipment such as Zebra printers, barcode scanners, computer software, and permissions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide printer, computer, phone and email support.
Support facility projects as assigned.
Provide end-user training and support on hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
Provide IT support to production systems including terminations of ethernet cables, IP connectivity, security camera systems, timeclocks and other technologies.
Basic troubleshooting.
Other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsEducation:
Associates degree in related area or equivalent is preferred.Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a related position is preferred.Skills:
Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work independently without constant supervision. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to adapt to changing temperatures. Must have good customer service skills. Must have computer skills. Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.Age:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.Flexibility:
Must be able to work weekends as needed. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Will be expected to work a weekend rotation required to work one weekend a month.Compliance:
Must practice good personal hygiene.
