23-25 per hour Position Summary The IT & Operations Support Specialist provides technical, administrative, and operational support for the company's IT infrastructure, internal systems, physical access controls, hardware equipment, and operational platforms. This role ensures security, compliance, and efficiency of daily business operations while also supporting basic maintenance and coordination of shared office equipment and facilities, including coffee machines, printers, and other shared office appliances. Primary Functions Provide comprehensive IT, operational, and facility-related support to ensure uninterrupted daily operations Administer user access across internal and external platforms Manage physical access systems, including gates, doors, and cameras Perform routine audits and compliance checks Support security investigations and access reviews Maintain and coordinate office equipment and shared facilities Support system deployments, installations, and operational initiatives Key Responsibilities User Access Administration Administer user access for platforms including but not limited to: Uber, Lyft, Tenstreet, Dialpad, Samsara, Fleetrock, and McLeod Manage Gmail and internal IT access for employees and departments Maintain and monitor gate, door, and camera access permissions Audits & Investigations Conduct user access audits Perform signature audits Conduct camera audits and support investigations Review and audit gate and door access logs IT & Hardware Support Diagnose and troubleshoot laptops and desktops, including licensing and peripherals Manage tablets, including user access, inventory tracking, and AT&T account administration Administer mobile phone activation, ordering, and inventory tracking Set up, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance for printers and scanners Support Wi-Fi troubleshooting and access management MDM & Systems Administration Administer MDM user and administrator access Monitor device compliance and system integrity Telecommunications Administer Dialpad user accounts and configurations Troubleshoot Dialpad-related issues and coordinate service support Security Support Support local security systems Monitor camera systems and assist with investigations as needed Office Equipment & Facilities Support Provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting for shared office equipment Support office facilities equipment, including coffee machines and other shared appliances Coordinate with internal maintenance teams or external vendors when required Operational Support Assist with installation and deployment activities Support local reporting automation initiatives Manage apparel inventory and ordering for drivers and staff Provide property maintenance support Assist with orientation logistics and driver resources Additional Duties Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager Professional Qualifications Education High school diploma required Higher education preferred (IT, Technical, or Administrative fields) Experience 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Operations, Helpdesk, Facilities Support, or a related role Technical Proficiency User access and account administration Hardware and software troubleshooting Basic networking knowledge Experience with MDM, telecommunications, and access control systems Familiarity with audit processes and security compliance Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Clear and professional communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions Primarily office-based role May require evenings, weekends, or holidays to support 24/7 operations Fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring timely response to technical and operational issues Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Equal Employment Opportunity Statement The Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
