PC Technician

We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Bridgeview, Illinois. This position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and configure software and hardware according to company standards.
• Provide technical support to users, addressing concerns and answering questions about system functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and system updates.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address recurring technical challenges.

• Set up and deploy new PCs and equipment as required.
• Test and evaluate new hardware or software solutions for potential implementation.
• Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and basic server maintenance tasks.
