You'll be the first person our clients hear from when something breaks, and the one who gets them back to work. As you grow into the role, help train end users on best practices and troubleshooting tips.
The Ideal Candidate Experience:

Communication skills:
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both clients and team members.

Comfortable handling multiple tasks and tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving:
Enthusiastic about troubleshooting and helping people with their tech problems.

We're a small team with a relaxed environment where you can grow your skills and gain hands-on experience. We're happy to train the right candidate.
Range of experience:
Working across many clients means you'll see problems and technologies that most in-house roles never expose you to.
Career growth:
If you like to solve problems and constantly learn new things, this is a great place to develop your career in IT. As the company grows, so do the opportunities.
