In this role you will be responsible for both site-local, and remote troubleshooting and support of laptops, peripherals, and applications in dynamic and fast-growing department. Peoria, IL What You'll Do:
Image and deploy laptops utilizing SCCM and InTune Provide desktop support in a Microsoft Windows/365 environment Resolve submitted helpdesk tickets in a timely manner Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues Equipment set-up and deployment Assist with various IT projects as assignedWhat You'll Need:
Associate's degree in IT, CS, or related field, OR equivalent hands-on experience Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills Valid driver's license (occasional multi-office support)Nice To Haves:
