Day:
Support hardware replacements, migrations, and configurations. Provide documentation Troubleshoot software issues Update hardware Configure printers through web-based administration tools. Qualifications Windows 10/11 troubleshooting Experience supporting PCs and network-connected printers. Knowledge of VLAN configurations and switch port assignments. MAC address identification and management experience. Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and peripheral issues remotely. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
