Qualifications Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting. Proficiency in operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and network security best practices. Experience managing computer management tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow; knowledge of Jira is a plus.
