Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-centered Network Administrator/IT Technician to join our team! Summary This position is a full-time, in-person, days position that includes on-call hours. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of computer hardware and software, networking, and phone systems. Preferred experience in an IT Support role and IT certifications to support the position competencies. Assists with the installation, maintenance, training, and inventory control of the hospital's computer hardware, networks, operating systems, and non-health information software and coordinates tactical and operational issues with department directors and super users. Competencies Communication Critical Evaluation Relationship Management Ethical Practice Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Network Support experience preferred. The hospital operates rural health clinics in Watseka, IL, Gilman, IL, Milford, IL, Saint Anne, IL and Kentland, IN. The hospital also operates a skilled nursing facility, Iroquois Resident Home, which is attached to the hospital property.
