Job Description
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity Support residents beyond direct care by assisting with laundry and memory care activities as part of the universal support role Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent required Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program Comfortable working across departments and adjusting duties as community needs shift throughout the day Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
