About the Role We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to serve as a trusted technical resource across our client's enterprise environment. This role will play a critical part in resolving hardware and software issues, supporting technology deployments, and delivering excellent service to users at every level of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide deskside, phone, and email support to users in an enterprise environment Support a range of technology, including hardware, software, Office 365, and PC deployments Deliver support to users across all levels of the business Provide excellent customer service in resolving technical issues Assist with projects to migrate outdated hardware and technology to current platforms

Requirements:

2-3+ years of desktop support experience in a Windows/Microsoft environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work onsite five days per week

Preferred:

Experience with hardware refresh projects Experience supporting a manufacturing floor environment Experience with a ticketing system
