Harrison County Hospital has an opening for an IS Systems Support Level 2, ON-SITE. The IS Systems Support Level 2 position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and day to day operations of desktop computer systems at Harrison County Hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform first and second level technical support to end users. Provide technical support for a wide range of technology needs including phones, printers, workstations, and network equipment. Create and maintain up to date deployment images. Basic administration of a hybrid environment with Active Directory and Azure AD. Lead projects related to desktop environment. Maintain asset inventory for all IT assets. Participates in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support. Create and maintain documentation for current and new processes.

Demonstrates proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving skills. Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes. Self-motived with an attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Must be able to deal with confidential data.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

: Associate's degree - IT related field. (Preferred) Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience (Required) High School Diploma or GED. (Required)
