If you're looking for more than a daily grind where what you do matters, we're looking for you. Currently, we are looking to add an IT Support Specialist to our IT team. This position is responsible for resolving daily computer issues at HLG and assisting the Director of IT on technology related assignments. Some of the key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Resolve employee technology related issues via helpdesk ticket system with excellent customer service skills, assigning any tickets if necessary. Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as settings of employee computers and printers. Create new user profiles based on job duties. Assist with moving, setup, and inventory of hardware. Train users on new and existing technology in person and by creating useful training materials. Expand into liaison role with technology vendors and learn the new software for the ability to troubleshoot. Provide input on best use of current and new technology to benefit our organization. Requirements
