What You'll Do Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools. Install, configure, and commission Amatrol training systems at customer locations throughout North America. Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related issues. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement. Test and evaluate products to ensure performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Document support activities and share technical knowledge that enhances both customer and internal team success. What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, or automation systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
