Job Description

Adams Remco is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a position to provide IT service and support for their client base. Candidate must be willing to travel to client base in Indiana and Michigan areas to provide services. Candidate will provide support to a variety of clients, industries, systems, setups, applications, and situations. Candidate must have experience with the required list of qualifications as well as excellent communication, problem solving and customer relation skills. Candidate will need to be self-motivated, work well independently as well as within a team. Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software troubleshooting and computer management issues. Assist with desktop support, including installation and configuration of hardware and software. Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including VPN and firewall configurations. Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and improve IT services.
Job Qualifications:
3-5 years relevant experience Industry certifications a plus Can work and relate well with customers Aptitude for customer support Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle
Necessary Abilities:
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Windows desktop installation and troubleshooting Windows server installation and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 administration Google Workspace administration Routers/Firewalls Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting LAN/WAN installation and troubleshooting MFP printing and scanning setup Documentation of work Cat5/6 wiring a plus Mac OS experience a plus Work well both independently and within a team Keep abreast of new technologies

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

$47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
