full-time Summary The IT Asset & Procurement Administrator will be responsible for managing the procurement, deployment, tracking, and lifecycle of network and server assets across the organization. This role will partner with vendors, internal IT teams, Accounting, and remote locations to ensure accurate asset management, timely purchasing, invoice processing, and efficient lifecycle support for enterprise technology. Responsibilities Procure network, server, and related IT equipment through approved vendors while maximizing purchasing agreements and cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate the deployment, shipment, receipt, and tracking of IT assets across the organization. Manage the lifecycle of network and server equipment including inventory, reassignment, decommissioning, and disposal. Support acquisitions and mergers by coordinating asset transfers, account consolidation, and inventory updates. Serve as the primary contact for remote locations regarding asset assignments, network billing, circuit management, and related requests. Partner with Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies, chargebacks, and procurement-related issues. Create and maintain documentation for procurement processes, asset inventories, equipment lifecycle activities, and operational procedures. Generate reports related to inventory, licensing, purchasing, and financial data to support business decisions. Process service requests and maintain accurate records within ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise systems. Provide excellent customer service while supporting internal users and cross-functional teams. Requirements Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or asset management within a large enterprise environment. Experience supporting invoices, purchasing, expense tracking, and vendor management. Experience with enterprise asset management, inventory reporting, and lifecycle management. Working knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, or similar ticketing and procurement systems. Experience with account administration, reporting, and enterprise documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday during standard business hours in Lenexa, KS. Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
