You'll manage day-to-day technical requests, troubleshoot user and cloud issues and assist senior engineers with migrations, onboarding and infrastructure projects. What you'll support Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint User accounts, permissions and MFA Cloud application and connectivity issues New user setups and offboarding Mailbox and data migrations Windows and remote support issues Security and access requests Support requests come through phone, email and our ticketing system. You'll diagnose and resolve issues where possible, document the work completed and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate engineer. What we're looking for Previous IT helpdesk, service desk or technical support experience is required, ideally with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with Azure, Entra ID, PowerShell or cloud migrations would be useful, but isn't essential.
