THE OPPORTUNITY

This role provides the opportunity to diagnose equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure the local Dillard's Distribution Center and Dillard' stores receive prompt support to keep equipment operating efficiently.

THE TEAM

This role is part of the Equipment Service Team within the Dillard's Information Technology Department. This team supports all of the Dillard's store point of sale equipment, while providing onsite support to the local Dillard's Distribution Centers.

Location & Hours:

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Olathe KS headquarters. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position. No immigration sponsorship (ex.
