IT Support Specialist Step into an entry-level IT Support Specialist role where you'll be the go-to resource helping employees stay productive—supporting Windows PCs/laptops, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.). You'll troubleshoot day-to-day issues, manage tickets, assist with account/password/access requests, and escalate more complex problems while building real enterprise IT skills. The IT Support Specialist works in a team environment with clear processes, escalation paths, and plenty of hands-on exposure to endpoint management, access support, and continuous improvement. Required Skills 1+ year of experience in help desk, service desk, desktop support, or IT support Strong troubleshooting ability across: Windows PCs/laptops, peripherals, printing, and basic connectivity Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word/Excel) and common browsers Professional customer support skills (clear communication with technical and non-technical users) Ticket documentation discipline: capturing steps taken, outcomes, and next actions Comfort following standard procedures for access requests and security practices Nice to Have Skills Exposure to an IT service management platform (ex: ServiceNow or similar) Endpoint management experience (ex: Intune, Tanium, or similar tools) Basic familiarity with directory/access concepts (ex: Active Directory / Entra ID) Experience supporting a regulated or process-driven environment Preferred Education and Experience Associate degree (or higher) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience supporting users in a professional, multi-user environment Other Requirements Relevant certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+ / Network+ or Microsoft-related certs) Ability to manage multiple tickets while providing timely status updates and clean documentation
Salary:
$50,000 - $55,000 Competitive; based on experience.
