full-time Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position located in Cincinnati, OH. The position will be located onsite 5 days a week in the Mason, OH office. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users Ability to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issues Hardware and software support
Qualifications:
3+ years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required. 2+ years of experience working with Entra ID and O365 Experience with hardware, asset management and imaging new computers Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
