We're Hiring:
Tier 1 IT Support Specialist (On-Site) G6 Technologies is looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist to join our on-site team and support our clients' day-to-day User support, Microsoft 365, and Point needs. What you'll do: ? Triage and resolve Tier 1 help desk tickets ? Support Point site administration and troubleshooting ? Assist users across M365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Point) ? Handle basic Entra ID/Intune tasks (password resets, MFA, device enrollment) ? Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 when needed What we're looking for: ? 3-5 years of help desk/desktop support experience ? Working knowledge of M365 administration, especially Point ? Strong communication and customer service skills ?
