Responsibilities:

• Prepare and configure desktop and laptop computers for end users, including imaging, setup, and domain connectivity.
• Install, move, and connect hardware components such as monitors, peripherals, and cabling to support workstation readiness.
• Provide hands-on assistance with new equipment rollouts, user setups, and general PC-related support tasks.
• Track technology assets accurately and help maintain orderly records for assigned devices and equipment.
• Troubleshoot common issues involving Windows-based systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic hardware performance.
• Support routine connectivity checks and assist with basic network equipment such as switches and routers when needed.
• Work with both standard PC systems and Apple devices as part of broader endpoint support activities.
• Collaborate with team members on deployment activities and other technical tasks while maintaining a positive, service-oriented approach.
