Days Off Salary:
$70000-$80,000
Role Highlights:
Provide Help Desk/Service Desk support to employees. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Support both macOS/Apple and Windows environments. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding. Train users on applications and hardware. Coordinate and triage issues with third-party IT providers.
Key Requirements:
2+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support experience. Strong macOS/Apple support experience. Windows/Microsoft support experience. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Apple certification or Apple Genius experience is a plus.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
