We are a specialized VoIP firm in Lake Charles. We are not hiring remote workers, we are not sponsoring visas, and we are not a training school for people who "want to get into IT." If you don't know the difference between a RJ45 and a RJ11 , or if you can't climb a ladder with a power drill in one hand, move on. The Mission You'll be the boots on the ground for our clients. You'll be configuring VLANs , troubleshooting SIP trunks , and occasionally crawling through a ceiling to pull Cat6 because the last guy was lazy. The "Must-Haves" (Non-Negotiable)

Local Residency:

You must live within 30 miles of Lake Charles. Period. The "Toolbox": You know how to use a Butt Set , a Tone Generator , and a Crimper . If these sound like gym equipment to you, don't apply.

Network Fluency:

You can configure a firewall and explain why the phones are dropping calls without looking at a manual.

Physicality:

You can lift 50lbs and you aren't "allergic" to ladders or scaffolding.

Compensation & Field Support:

We don't just pay a salary; we support the tech in the field.

This role includes:

Vehicle Reimbursement:

$200+/month (We pay you to drive your own rig to the site). Must be able to carry a 6' ladder.

Mobile Allowance:

$50/month (Since you'll be using your phone for SIP testing and client coordination).

Health Insurance Support:

$250/month contribution toward your premium.
