JCAMPUS/JPAMS
CSR, also known as a Customer Support Specialist, for a direct hire opportunity in the Shreveport-Bossier area. This full-time role supports education systems using JPAMS and JCAMPUS software across Louisiana and Mississippi. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused technology professional who understands school management software and enjoys solving problems for end users. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JPAMS and JCAMPUS software users.
- Assist school staff with software navigation, data entry, reporting, and system-related questions.
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and remote support sessions.
- Document support issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver user guidance and basic training to clients as needed. Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$45,000 to $55,000 per year.Benefits:

Shreveport-Bossier area. Required Qualifications and Skills- Support JPAMS and JCAMPUS users with technical troubleshooting and software navigation.
- Assist education clients with data entry, reporting, and system functionality.
- Manage support requests through phone, email, remote sessions, and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Hands-on experience with JPAMS or JCAMPUS software is required.
- Resume must clearly reflect JPAMS or JCAMPUS knowledge.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant customer support, technical support, or software support experience preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable law. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting K-12 education software or school information systems.
- Familiarity with education workflows, student data, reporting, or administrative school processes.
- Previous experience providing remote software support or client training.
- Knowledge of education systems in Louisiana or Mississippi.
