Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver first- and second-level technical support to employees and internal departments by addressing incoming issues through the service desk.
- Investigate and resolve problems involving Windows desktops, user accounts, and common workplace technology with a practical, service-oriented approach.
- Manage ticket queues by documenting incidents, prioritizing requests, and ensuring issues are addressed within expected response timelines.
- Support account-related requests in Active Directory, including user access updates and basic administrative tasks.
- Diagnose workstation and operating system issues in Microsoft Windows 10 environments and escalate more complex matters when needed.
- Communicate clearly with users throughout the support process, providing status updates and guidance in a thorough and attentive manner.
- Assist with routine desktop setup, software support, and technical troubleshooting to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
