On-site in Boston, MA Our client, a leading financial services firm located in downtown Boston, is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst to join their technology support team in a long-term contract capacity. Will serve as a first level of end-user technology support, assisting employees across multiple global locations, including remote users. Rate:

$30.00 to $35.00/hr. w2 JN -092026-108826

Responsibilities:

Serve as the IT support resource for employees across global offices and remote locations. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows PCs, Apple devices, Microsoft Office applications, and other enterprise technologies. Support a broad range of users, including executive leadership and C-level stakeholders, with professionalism and responsiveness. Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution of support requests. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Collaborate with global IT teams to provide seamless support across multiple time zones.

Experience Requirements:

3-5+ years of hands-on desktop support or technical support experience in an enterprise environment. Strong experience supporting Windows-based PCs and laptops. Experience supporting Apple technologies, including macOS devices and iPhones. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Experience providing support to users at all organizational levels, including executives and senior leadership.
