Assist with deploying, maintaining, and supporting user devices such as Desktops, Chromebooks, smartboards, and various peripherals
Assist in troubleshooting a variety of issues ranging from user, desktop, and networking issues
Assist in keeping proper records of resolved issues for future reference
Keep proper records of changes in inventory
Assist with supporting and maintaining Google and Active Directory users
Assist with AV support such as sound systems
