Technical Support - Full Time - Entry-Level Tier 1 Cataumet, MA Description KCD Software has an immediate job opening for a dependable and ambitious employee looking to join our growing Team. Located in Cataumet, MA, this position is a full-time opportunity. Learn our innovative, custom design to manufacture software for the Custom Cabinet and Closet Industry. You will then be able to help us provide top-notch customer service. This is an entry-level technical support position with growth potential in not only the Tech Support department but offers opportunities to move over into other departments. Tier 1 Technical Support Team Members work with our customers to guide them through using KCD Software common design questions and licensing information. As you grow, you will learn skills such as custom programming and development topics. You will be helping customers through any other technical questions they may have while using KCD Software. Understanding basic troubleshooting and common Windows applications a must. Programming concepts, KCD Software or Woodworking industry experience is not required but would be a plus. Spanish speaking also a huge plus, we have a growing Spanish speaking community and are looking to offer them more.

Shift:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Monday through

Friday Pay Range:

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails from customers. Diagnose and resolve common customer questions. Guide customers through common Windows and software-specific tech support topics. Process basic customer orders and upgrades. Update customer information and enter Tech Support Tickets in the company database system. Potential for travel to industry trade shows as you grow. Other related tech support tasks as appropriate.
