Job Description

We are hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for end users in an onsite environment. This role will support users via phone and remote tools, troubleshoot Mac and Windows operating systems , support email and desktop applications, and document all work in a ticketing system. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and experience resolving hardware, software, and printer issues. Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED required Experience providing Tier 1 Help Desk / Desktop Support Strong troubleshooting skills with Mac OS and Windows OS Experience supporting email and desktop applications Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation Strong communication and customer service skills
