•42/hr We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization looking to add an experienced IT Support Specialist to its Haverhill location on a part-time contract basis. This person will provide day-to-day IT support for approximately 155-200 users. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded, hands-on IT professional who enjoys being a jack-of-all-trades across end-user support, systems administration, networking, Microsoft 365, and device management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a manufacturing environment and jumping between user issues and infrastructure needs throughout the day. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues. Support a hybrid environment spanning on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Support Intune, Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, imaging, deployments, and endpoint lifecycle management. Troubleshoot network issues involving switches, wireless access points, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. Support Ubiquiti UniFi networking equipment and assist with ongoing network and firewall initiatives. Handle onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, permissions, licensing, and access management. Support Windows desktop and server environments and assist with routine systems administration. Maintain documentation and provide hands-on support to users in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We're Looking For 5-8 years of IT Support, Systems Administration, Network Administration, or similar hands-on IT experience. Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 administration experience. Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments. Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches, wireless, and firewall troubleshooting. Experience with device imaging, deployment, and endpoint management. Prior experience supporting a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred . Ubiquiti UniFi experience is highly desirable. Ability to independently troubleshoot a wide variety of systems, network, and end-user issues. Strong communication and customer service skills.
