Program Manager Individual Options TheWestern Massachusetts Training Consortium is hiring for aprogram manager for Individual Options program.

This position is a salaried full - time position and is in-person position working from our offices in downtown Holyoke. At the Consortium, we are committed to social justice and to anti-racism. Paid Holidays Responsibilities:
Home and Community Connections is seeking a Program Manager to join our team for our Individual Options Program - supporting people who are living independently, or with family.

Coordinating and continually expanding the range of supports an individual receives, including supports from their social network, generic community resources, specialized support services, in addition to services from The Consortium (which includes support in establishing and achieving personal goals, maintaining a fulfilling home life, coordination of medical and dental care, counseling and emotional support, and training and support in areas of need specified in each individual's Individual Support Plan (ISP), which is an agreement between the individual (or guardian) and the Department of Developmental Services. This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct support and on-call responsibilities, along with being responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of individual support. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. There are on call weekends approximately every 3 weekends.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in direct care to persons with developmental disabilities or related field. An undergraduate degree in human service field or education preferred - direct care and administrative experience may be substituted for education requirement. Supervision experience preferred.
WITH THIS POSTION THERE IS A NEED FOR DAILY DRIVING
, Chicopee, South Hadley, Ware, Palmer, Monson and Holyoke. Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation required. Basic computer skills (Windows/internet) & ability to safely lift 25 pounds required.

Full time, salaried (exempt) position including on-call, evening, and direct care responsibilities.
