Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for end users and provide hands-on technical support across both Windows and Mac environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting enterprise IT environments. Key Responsibilities Provide end-user support through calls, emails, and walk-up requests. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software. Build and deploy new system images. Manage incidents and maintain tickets using ITSM tools. Perform IMAC activities, including installs, moves, adds, and changes. Troubleshoot operating system configuration issues, software, drivers, and add-ins. Provide general onsite IT support and resolve technical issues. Support new-hire equipment setup for onsite and remote employees. Assist with endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management. Required Qualifications 3+ years of end-user/Desktop Support experience. 3+ years of experience with IT ticketing and incident management systems. Strong computer configuration, repair, and troubleshooting experience. Strong Active Directory experience. Microsoft 365 experience beyond basic administration. PowerShell experience. Experience supporting Apple Mac hardware and software. Experience with systems management tools such as SMS or equivalent. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities. Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
