Overview Work hands-on with customer devices to diagnose issues, complete quality repairs, and support a smooth store experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, coachable, dependable, and enjoys solving technical problems in a fast-paced environment. Paid training provided. Duties Diagnose device issues and complete phone repairs Perform quality checks and post-repair testing Maintain accurate work orders and repair documentation Manage parts, tools, and repair inventory responsibly Communicate repair status and findings with the front-of-house team Follow OEM, warranty, safety, and repair procedures Keep the repair area clean, organized, and ready for work Assist with customer check-ins, pickups, or store support when needed Qualifications Detail-oriented with steady hands and strong focus Coachable and willing to learn new repair procedures Dependable and accountable for assigned work Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset Comfortable working with small components and tools Organized with good time management Reliable, especially with attendance Able to follow detailed procedures and quality standards Professional and team-oriented Adaptable in a fast-paced repair environment Takes ownership of repair quality and customer outcomes Starting pay can increase if you have professional repair experience Why choose us?
