The town of Wayland is seeking an experienced and service-oriented IT Technician to join its Information Technology Department. The IT Technician provides technical support to end users, devices, and business applications across Town departments and serves as the primary IT liaison for assigned systems, including the Tyler

MUNIS ERP.

The successful candidate will provide responsive, professional technical assistance to employees at all levels, troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues, administer user accounts and access, deploy and maintain technology equipment, and support Town-wide technology projects. Education:

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; and four (4) years of experience that includes end-user support and business application support.

Required Certifications/Licensure:

• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Town security awareness training upon hire and annually thereafter.
• CJIS Security Policy training within 90 days of hire if assigned duties include access to criminal justice information systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Microsoft MS-900 certification.
• Microsoft MD-102 certification.
• Tyler Technologies MUNIS product training.

Pay:

$74,022.00 - $96,582.00 per year
