In this role, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of consumer electronics and computer hardware. Your technical expertise will ensure that devices such as desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, and other electronic equipment operate seamlessly for our valued customers. You will work with a variety of operating systems including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, utilizing your hands-on skills to restore devices to optimal performance. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive hardware diagnostics and repairs on desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and consumer electronics using hand tools and soldering techniques. Troubleshoot software issues across multiple operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS to resolve system errors and improve device functionality. Conduct hardware maintenance tasks including component replacement, cleaning, and electrical soldering to ensure device longevity and performance. Diagnose and repair peripherals like printers and copiers while providing technical troubleshooting support for mobile phones and other smart devices. Offer exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly, managing expectations, and delivering timely solutions during field service or retail support scenarios. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to analyze complex electronic systems for accurate repairs. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings to ensure quality control and traceability. Skills Strong technical proficiency with operating systems including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Expertise in hardware diagnostics for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, printers, copiers, and consumer electronics. Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons for electronic repairs. Knowledge of electrical soldering techniques for circuit board repairs. Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately for complex troubleshooting. Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software issues efficiently. Proven experience in customer service with clear communication skills during technical support or retail sales interactions. Familiarity with field service operations involving equipment repair at customer locations or in-store environments.
