Duties Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization Troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems and peripheral devices such as mobile devices and printers Maintain and support computer networking components including POS Systems and network administration tasks Support IT infrastructure maintenance by troubleshooting equipment problems and performing routine updates or repairs Collaborate with team members to analyze system performance issues and implement effective solutions for optimal operation Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with importing and exporting files Strong knowledge of Windows support, desktop support, and computer management practices Expertise in network troubleshooting including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and network administration Experience with hardware support such as diagnosing equipment failures and performing repairs or replacements Ability to troubleshoot software issues across various operating systems including Linux and Windows environments Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users Analysis skills for diagnosing complex technical problems quickly and accurately Your expertise will empower our organization's success by ensuring reliable IT operations while delivering outstanding customer service.
