Irish Boat Shop is seeking an IT Lead to support and strengthen our technology systems across multiple locations. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable operations, supporting employees, and helping us continuously improve how we use technology to run the business. We're looking for someone who is both hands-on and forward-thinking. A person who enjoys solving problems, supporting a team, and building systems that work better for everyone. What You'll Do Support and maintain all company IT systems, networks, hardware, and software Provide day-to-day technical support to employees across all locations Set up new users and train employees on systems and tools Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Develop and maintain IT security policies and monitor system performance Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency Coordinate software and hardware installations and upgrades Document processes and maintain organized system procedures Analyze data and support operational decision-making Stay current on emerging technology trends What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience supporting or managing business technology systems Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Willingness to support seasonal business needs, including occasional additional hours Why Join Irish Boat Shop?
