  • Troubleshoot network and telephony issues, including TCP/IP, SIP/VoIP, FreePBX/Asterisk, and AWS-hosted environments, driving each case to a verified fix
  • Build and maintain the technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base that capture resolution knowledge for the whole team
  • Develop and deliver training that raises technical capability across front-line support, resellers, and internal teams
  • Reproduce, document, and escalate product and field issues so they feed real quality and engineering improvements
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service
  • Travel occasionally (roughly 1-2 times per year) to support installations, escalations, or training Once you're grounded in the role, there's genuine opportunity to help shape new products and services as we continue to grow.

  • Technical and customer support experience
  • Solid networking fundamentals
  • TCP/IP troubleshooting and network design
  • Comfort with (or the ability to quickly pick up) SIP/VoIP, FreePBX, and Asterisk
