Job Description
Job Summary BAS technicians with the ability troubleshoot, install, service or program building automation systems are all urged to apply. Other duties related to assisting in the commissioning and servicing of building controls and facilities management systems. Responsibilities Program databases for all supported systems to meet specified sequences of operation and equipment manufacturers' recommendations, in accordance with company standards and contract documents. Perform calibration and check-out of control systems and ensure that specified sequence of operations and commissioning obligations are met. Assist the graphics coordinator and/or provide the labor and expertise for the preparation and delivery of graphical user interfaces when required for projects. Instruct customer's personnel on operation and maintenance of temperature control systems and energy conversation routines. Monitor BAS systems, equipment performance and resolve issues.
