Region IV Area Agency on Aging Benefits At Region IV Area Agency on Aging, we are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to support technology services across the agency. What You'll Do IT Support Provide first-level support for passwords, printers, software, and connectivity issues. Set up workstations, laptops, and peripherals. Support employee onboarding and offboarding technology needs. Install approved software and assist with basic troubleshooting. Maintain user accounts and access permissions. Document common issues and escalate complex concerns as needed. What We're Looking For Associate degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience Experience with IT support required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Why Join Us?
