THE POSITION
Handheld Software Support We're looking for a full-time handheld software support professional to provide frontline technical assistance for tablet and desktop applications used in fuel delivery and service operations. Monday-Friday, 8-5 CST, with the occasional on-call for nights/Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (e.g., printer setup, sync failures, license errors). Guide users through updates, resets, and configuration changes. Support real-time communication setups and batch syncing. Document support interactions and resolutions in time billing logs. Assist with training and onboarding for new users. Onsite training with customers is a typical occurrence so flexibility to travel is a BIG plus. Skills & Tools Familiarity with tablet workflows, SQL background knowledge, Windows OS, and custom software systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with remote desktop tools and basic networking.
THE LOCATION

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
