Position Summary We're seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining company workstations, supporting end users, and administering critical systems including Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in system administration and contribute to long-term IT planning and infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users, both in-person and remotely (•not a remote position) Manage and troubleshoot desktop/laptop workstations, printers, and peripherals Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) Maintain system security, updates, and patches across the organization Support and manage Active Directory, user permissions, and group policies Assist with planning and implementation of IT projects and system upgrades Monitor IT infrastructure and proactively address issues Document processes, configurations, and support procedures Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical staff Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support or technician role Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments Experience with system administration, Active Directory, and endpoint management Familiarity with networking fundamentals is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
