What You'll Do Diagnose and repair cell phones, iPhones, Androids, laptops, desktops, and other devices Provide excellent customer service — explain repairs clearly and build trust with every customer Handle sales transactions, operate the cash till, process payments, and manage point-of-sale systems Perform quality checks on repaired devices before returning them to customers Learn new repair techniques and stay up-to-date with the latest technology Help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly What We're Looking For Eager to learn — genuine interest in technology and repair work Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude Comfortable handling cash, tills, and retail transactions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (bonus if you already tinker with phones or PCs!)
