High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field, preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

Please see the attached job description for more details about this position. One or more year's experience with Windows, MAC, Chrome, and mobile device support. Effective oral and written communication. Ability to provide outstanding customer service. Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to focus on resolution support. Ability to document incident details. Understanding of current IT environments Ability to understand key systems and technologies associated with this position. Ability to document incident details including configuration changes. Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and resolving problems with PC, Chrome, and MAC operating systems. Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and resolving problems with iPads. Ability to understand incident and problem management activities. Ability to understand service desk activities. Ability to understand configuration management procedures.
