This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a 'jack of all trades' and can step in to provide hands-on end-user support while helping the organization transition MSP services. You'll work alongside a small IT team, supporting everything from desktop and hardware troubleshooting to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, onboarding/offboarding, account administration, and day-to-day IT operations. This will be onsite 5 days a week in Edina, MN.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct support for desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, and other workplace technology used by employees.
• Investigate technical incidents, manage incoming support requests, and drive issues through resolution in a timely manner.
• Prepare, install, and troubleshoot workstations, related hardware, and standard business software for end users.
• Administer user access, account updates, and routine technology operations across the IT environment.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation while identifying opportunities to streamline support processes.
• Work closely with internal teams and external service partners to coordinate activities tied to IT service continuity and operational handoff efforts.
• Perform a range of day-to-day IT support and administrative duties to keep business systems running effectively.
