Job Description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical assistance for end users. This position focuses on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, device, and service desk issues while helping maintain dependable technology operations. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-focused approach, solid troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to supporting secure and reliable systems.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripheral equipment, and common business applications.
- Respond to service requests and incidents within defined service expectations, ensuring issues are addressed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user hardware and software for internal staff, providers, and external partners.
- Support desktop, mobile, and telecommunication tools to promote stable access and consistent system performance.
- Assist with user account administration and directory-based support tasks, including work related to Active Directory environments.
- Follow security and compliance standards while supporting technology used in regulated healthcare operations.
- Help sustain technical systems that are essential to patient services and daily business functions.
- Work with internal teams to recommend and apply improvements that enhance support processes and end-user technology experiences.
- Participate in modernization and continuous improvement efforts related to workplace technology and support services.
